Terms of Service

Last updated: July 1, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at https://buildwithromeo.com and the products and services provided by Build With Romeo ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our Site or engaging us for a project, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

1. Our services

Build With Romeo designs and builds ultra-fast websites and web apps and sets up the systems around them, which may include: web design and development, performance and SEO optimization, workflow and marketing automation, CRM setup and pipelines, booking systems, AI chat and voice assistants, analytics and conversion tracking, and ongoing support. The exact deliverables, scope, and price for your project are defined in a separate proposal, quote, or statement of work ("Project Agreement"). If a Project Agreement conflicts with these Terms, the Project Agreement controls for that project.

2. Quotes, packages, and pricing

Our build packages start at $3,500 (Launch Build), $7,500 (Growth Build), and $15,000+ (Intelligent Business Build) as one-time setup fees, as described on our pricing section. Every project includes three months of dedicated growth support. After that period, ongoing support is available on a monthly plan, and the CRM platform subscription is $87/month, available for all tiers.

Prices, inclusions, and timelines shown on the Site are indicative and may change; the figures in your Project Agreement are the ones that apply to your engagement. Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude applicable taxes.

3. Payment terms

Unless your Project Agreement says otherwise, projects begin after an agreed deposit, with the remaining balance due at the milestones set out in that agreement (typically including a payment due before launch). Recurring fees (support and CRM subscription) are billed monthly and continue until cancelled with reasonable notice. Late or missed payments may pause work, delay launch, or suspend hosted services and subscriptions.

4. Project timelines

Most builds go live within 2–4 weeks, depending on scope and, importantly, on timely input from you. Timelines assume you provide content, feedback, approvals, and access when needed. Delays in providing these may extend the schedule accordingly.

5. Your responsibilities

To deliver great work, we rely on you to:

  • Provide accurate information, content, branding assets, and access we reasonably request;
  • Review deliverables and give consolidated feedback and approvals within a reasonable time;
  • Ensure you have the rights to any materials (text, images, logos, data) you provide to us;
  • Comply with applicable laws in how you use the site and systems we build, including marketing, privacy, and anti-spam laws.

You are responsible for the lawful use of any automation, email, SMS, or AI features we set up on your behalf.

6. Intellectual property and ownership

Upon full payment for your project, you own the final deliverables produced specifically for you — your website, custom design, and content — along with your domain and your customer data. We build on infrastructure registered to you wherever possible so you are never locked in.

We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, code libraries, frameworks, templates, and know-how, and we grant you a license to use these as incorporated into your deliverables. Third-party components (fonts, plugins, platforms, stock imagery) remain subject to their own licenses. We may display non-confidential aspects of completed work in our portfolio and marketing unless we agree otherwise in writing.

7. Third-party services and fees

Our solutions often integrate third-party platforms — for example, hosting, CRM, email/SMS providers, AI providers, analytics, and booking tools. These are governed by their own terms, and their subscription or usage fees (beyond what your plan includes) are your responsibility. We are not liable for the availability, performance, or actions of third-party services.

8. Support and maintenance

Each project includes three months of dedicated support as described in your Project Agreement. Ongoing support after that period is provided under a monthly plan. Support covers technical fixes, monitoring, and reasonable minor updates; substantial new features or redesigns are quoted separately.

9. AI features and content

Where we deploy an AI chat or voice assistant, it generates responses automatically and may occasionally be inaccurate; it is not a substitute for professional advice, and you are responsible for how it represents your business. Blog and marketing content we produce with AI assistance is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute professional, legal, financial, or business advice.

10. Disclaimers

Our services are provided with professional care, but except as expressly stated in a Project Agreement, they are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as particular search rankings, traffic levels, lead volumes, revenue, or uninterrupted, error-free operation. Search engines, AI platforms, and third-party services are outside our control.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Build With Romeo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to the Site or our services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of an engagement will not exceed the amounts you paid us for the specific services giving rise to the claim in the three months preceding the event.

12. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to protect the other's non-public business information shared during an engagement and to use it only to perform or receive the services. This does not apply to information that is public, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law.

13. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement as set out in the Project Agreement, or where the other party materially breaches these Terms and does not cure the breach within a reasonable time after notice. On termination, you agree to pay for work performed and expenses incurred up to the termination date. Recurring subscriptions (support, CRM) may be cancelled with reasonable notice and will stop at the end of the current billing period. Sections that by their nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and confidentiality) survive termination.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Build With Romeo harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of content or materials you provide, your use of the deliverables and systems, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which Build With Romeo is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer-protection law.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
